Tim was nothing short of awesome, throughout the entire process. He quickly jumped in and before we knew it the framing, sub-floors, insulation and 'rough' was completed.
He was pro-active in working with my electrical and plumbing contractors, seeing problems and solving them before we even got close to the finish phases.
A true craftsman, Tim labored on the design aspects (e.g. Faux Stone walls, tile patterns, and perfect use of re-claimed barn wood) and was meticulous on the presentation.
Tim was open and honest throughout the process and his prices were very fair, we did add some things along the way based on his suggestions and we are so glad we did!
Truly worth every dollar we spent
I'll point out that the work took place during the early phases of Covid-19, which was a special challenge, but Tim adopted several safety measures and reported to the job site, every single day!
As we neared completion of the project, my wife and I were a bit sad that we wouldn't have Tim's company each day, but we've determined that it's not the end of a contract but the beginning of a long term friendship!
Next year Tim will be helping us remodel the 'kids' bathroom, I'm not even seeking other quotes, we trust him and we can't wait to start the work!
